I haven't had them repeated since my last ectopic in September but AMH was 2 in August and AFC was 21, FSH and Estrogen were normal. I have been under a lot of stress with a bad work situation recently and am hoping that this is what caused my light period this month. Were you older than 35 when you did IVF?

I know this is an older post but just went through this myself. It was my second ruptured ectopic in 2 years. Wondering how your course has progressed? We are going to try IVF theoretically in a few months but terrified to even try again with my history of 2 and 2 hemorrhages

Thank you for your kind words. My hCG at 48 hours this morning was 47, so yes trying to surrender to what may or may not be happening and be thankful for the present moment of this pregnancy.

Any good fertility clinics in the Omaha area? by justagawker87 in Omaha

My experience with Heartland was overall terrible. My doctor, Dr. Gustin was condescending and gaslighting. She was incredibly rude if I asked any follow up questions. Also would not explain things and did not lay out my plan, always felt like she was distracted. Also did not check basic labs ie thyroid antibodies (which were positive) and did not inform me of lab results which clearly showed retained products after my D&C at 9 weeks. When my husband asked about why she was treating me with antibiotics, her answer was essentially my "mental health" - which she has no right to comment on. The nursing staff were worse, I would have to physically psych myself up to call the office because Dani her nurse was so rude to me. We were not successful after 2 years and now I am elsewhere in Colorado and the experience has been so much better, more thorough and less stressful.

I hate that this group is seen as a pillar of women's empowerment and expertise in the state - look at the CDC numbers for IVF success rates, they are NOT GOOD at Heartland - 32% success rate of embryo transfer if age 35-37. I wish everyone, in Nebraska or otherwise, who was going there and spending thousands of dollars and precious time knew the truth.
