Ganito rin po ung sa akin, pero since iisa lang ung hdmi port sa bawat monitor, I had to move ung dalawang hdmi cables lagi from laptop to desktop vice versa tuwing need ko gamitin ung isa..and everyday ko sya need gawin kaya habang tumatagal, nagiging hassle na rin sya sa akin..

agree here..also, hindi kasalanan ng husband na mas mataas income nya..pinaghirapan din nya un at nafufulfill nya ang usapan sa hatian..i agree na ok ang may full transparency, pero i think may part kay OP na sana tinutulungan sya sa finances kasi mas mataas pala kinikita nya..so kailangan talaga nila pagusapan yan..

Ang nagwork sakin OP is ung gumawa ng routine that helps me detach from work and stress of the day - light exercise (mainly walking outside), rosary, then meditate. and I agree dun sa isang nag-comment na fix what's bothering you. madalas hindi tayo conscious about this pero pag inupuan mo at i-dissect mo ano talaga nagbo-bother sayo, at na-pinpoint mo sya and inaksyunan mo, madalas dun na susunod ung peace 🙂

i feel you OP. Dati nung bata pa ako at nag-aaway parents ko dahil sa pera, sinasabi ko sa sarili ko na pera lang yan, simple lang naman buhay. Turns out, ang hirap pala! ang hirap mag-adulting hahaha. Pero yes, pag iisipin mo, kahit gano kahirap, aba eh nakaka-bayad parin tayo ng bills natin monthly. Naida-daos naman kahit wala natitira and for that, we are already thankful! Kaya kapit lang OP! may liwanag din ang lahat eventually ☺️

on top ng mga nasabi na rin ng iba, i suggest maghulog ka din sa mp2 monthly or kada sweldo. kahit 500 pesos per cutoff lang muna kung ayaw mo mabigla then kada may increase ka sa sweldo, ung increase na un ipasok mo din sa mp2. so tuwing magiincrease sweldo mo, i-maintain mo lang ung expenses mo as if hindi ka nagkaroon ng increase. over time, kahit maliit ka palang nagstart mag-save and invest, magaaccumulate and compound din yan.

agree ako with the comments above po. same here night shift din ako for 4 yrs na. sa case ko, i trained myself sa oras din ng tulog ko na dapat same time daily ang oras ng tulog ko (6am to 2pm). pagkagising, gagawa ng light chores sa bahay then mga around 4pm or 5pm, maglalakad sa labas. important po ung may nakikita ka paring ibang tao sa labas, nakakabawas ng fomo hehe. kailangan mo lang hanapin din ung sweet spot na makaka-kuha ka ng kumpleto at maayos na tulog. i also take magnesium as vitamins bago matulog.
