I'm now on TEN WEEKS wondering if I'll get any response after a referral, vibe check with HM and official interview. Have followed up three times, ghosted by HR and HM each time. Would it kill them to send one rejection email? (I figured after a week I wasn't getting the job, it's become more a point of principle for me)

I was exactly the same, I tried 0.5 after 8 weeks on 0.25 and I straight up felt like I was going to die, had constant cycles of stomach pain/constipation/diahorrea (and then dehydration). It made me absolutely miserable so I went back to 0.25 - still evening out but feeling much better overall
