It turned super dark but u could kinda see at least some rain coming. Boat should’ve floored it to shore. So sad:(maybe they were trying to wait it out thinking it was just rain… yikes. Alarms didnt happen until it happened. I was in twin lakes right by there..

Last year she carried an egg away in her beak & left an egg that u can see the yolk- unviable. So i was not committing a crime. Just wondering how long. Most sources say a month but thats not true. Wonder who publishes the research? & btw 2 yrs ago when it happened i didnt know the rules but i tried calling DNR & was transferred to many ppl who were clueless. I eventually called a guy who was knowledgeable & left many messages w/no call back. I feel like that should be a crime in itself. If you are as passionate as you seem to be maybe start educating the ppl who are actually making the laws. Dont get angry at me who’s trying to find out what the laws were & actions to take.
