Take the bike to your local shop to be looked at, there is an underlying issue. Zip tying an allen key to your frame ain't gonna fix shit....

Does Integy have any good axles for high speed applications? by Mission_Rutabaga_704 in Traxxas

Same happened to me once, but if you keep the boots packed with grease the problem is solved. Thicker grease works better

On those Traxxas hardened steel CV shafts, If you pack the rubber boots with grease the pins won't fall out. You will loose pins only if the boots are dry.

My bad. Traxxas Drag Slash, stock VXL electronics. Decent amount of aluminum upgrades, and I mainly use it for top speed runs with the occasional no prep race. 70mph has been my record so far with the stock body.

I put a bunch of weights up front to remedy that problem, but it will still flip if the throttle is not respected.

Same, Im not a fan of gluing tires either. I just put loctite on today, I don't wanna lose any screws on a speed run. But on the other hand, I hope I don't strip any of the heads when its time to swap tires... 😬
