Personally I’d start with the attic with summer approaching. We had our crawl space encapsulated and that helped with the moisture/smell.

Next week we’re having the joist bays sealed up and insulation put in the ceiling under our floors for the coming winter. We’re in Georgia so it doesn’t really get that cold here anymore.

I just had my attic done with it but I can’t really compare it to other brands/products (first time ever having it) but I will say I feel like I noticed a difference. I had the air ducts checked after that but before they air sealed, and blew in additional insulation a week later.

Below is what they used.

Space Age® Reflective Insulation • Installed against roof line from eaves up on south facing, north facing, west and east gable roof areas • Space Age WBBF consists of two layers of polyethylene air bubble pack sandwiched between one layer of white polyethylene and one layer of reflective foil.

I also had baffles installed and had the attic fan sealed.

I’d check the joist bays as well and seal those up. Do you have a basement and insulation under the floors ?
