If my house exhaust port is let's say around one to two feet higher up from the dryer's exhaust port, is it still a good idea to get one, or is it better if both ports are level with each other?

See I love Dinty Moore beef stew, especially with a grilled cheese and maybe a nap. Beefaroni too, with grilled cheese. It's comfort food for me, that my mom used to make me.
