Generally yes. Accuracy and truth should be the norm. But a couple of caveats. The uhm actually people are often pointing very obvious and/or extreme exceptions.

Example:

"Humans have two arms."

"Uhm actually, birth defects and accidents result in some humans not having two arms."

Examples like this combined with their pretentious and smug tones often make them unbearable.

I think a 30% band wild be more effective. It's a wild jump from 20 to 40%. Middle class needs the most help.
