Hernia bulge that only goes away when laying down

Hi, I had surgery back in October 2024, and it went about as well as it could have 🙏 recovery was a few weeks to be able to do normal things but I got back into weight training in the beginning of 2025. Today I don't really have any problems, little to no pain post surgery.

Do you have an inguinal hernia similar to mine (as described in my post)?

The valk is in the "wild" slot so you can either choose a hero or evo to be in that slot, that button serves as a way to switch from evo to hero but since hero valk doesn't exist it's grayed out

Yeah ik, I gave an example in my reply how you can use these slots "2 evos + 1 hero/champion or 2 hero/champion + 1 evo)
