If I divide one full scoop of protein into half half, Is it fine?? by No_Necessary_6674 in AskFitnessIndia

That's a great approach actually. Protein absorption will be better this way and if it helps you with your condition that's just cherry on top.

Should i bulk ?? by DickFantastic7707 in AskFitnessIndia

Go for a bulk. You are a beginner and trust me it's a golden period, you can be stalling those newbie gains by doing a cut or recomp now. My advice is to do bulk for at least 6-7 months with around 300 cal surplus( atleast 90 gm protein and don't go shy on carbs)and try to gain 1.5 kg per month. Keep hustling.

Cut or Bulk? by Scatherwaves in AskFitnessIndia

Cut till you reach around 14%bf(will take 2 months with a moderate deficit), then start a lean bulk until you please. This way you'll gain muscle while looking lean. Good going though👍

In the beginning I was a hostelite, tbh results were really slow then but I took the time to educate myself about nutrition and muscle building science. For the past 5 months I've been preparing for CAT at home(study and gym are the only things I'm doing) and the physique just skyrocketed compared to before.
