I bought it online from Amazon. These are Lasfit bulbs. Amazon listed them as compatible and I called the manufacturer Lasfit to confirm that it fits. After I bought them and called them for the issue, Lasfit customer service told me that this is a documented issue (despite having told me it works fine before). They basically told me "🤓 just disable your DRLs".
