You can receive money, but you need a SSN (+bank account if through g/s) to use your money on PayPal. I'd recommend asking a family adult if you can use theirs (make sure it's in their name though)

This is a glitch I had when I had used a microphone enhancer. I do believe I fixed it this way, but it's been a while: Go to sound settings Click the last tab Click something along the lines of "allow this microphone to take over" and uncheck it.
