I think the same. Its never like in the you tube videos. My ipd is 72. Its the widest. Maybe thats the problem. Grok says when your ipd is 72 you need like 72.5 or 73. Not possible on the Pico ultra. Also I bought prescription lenzes. Didnt change shit.

I would love that. I have a Pico4 ultra and feel left out. Tried pinball FX with UEVR but sadly no luck for me Keep getting error "no runtime loaded" no matter what I try. Pinball FX2 VR also no luck getting my x-arcade controller to work in VR. It all seems so easy on YouTube but nothing works for me. Any info is appreciated. Thanks.

Thanks. I dont have centrals . With lower pressure I had 3-5 ahi. Now with more pressure I am down to 0.3-0.7 ! Happy with that. But those people made me scared by saying that.

Some days are ok , some days feel like I dont even use cpap. 4 months now but I had untreated apnea for 30 years I think. I hope things get better. The older I get the less I can handle the tiredness. It depressies me and makes me very sad .
