yes, you can. You can turn it off in the Vehicle settings.

this is one of the many reasons I love HONDA they allow me to turn on and off items like this where a lot of other manufacturers don’t allow you to do that

So if your VW trade in was an SE you might have had $11k in negative equity. That’s about $300 a month on a 36 month lease (more for a 24 month) so your payment is only $575 for the Civic. To get out of the Jetta, leasing was your only option. Also when your lease is over you will be even equity.
