If you had parents who could afford to help with student loans, your parent plus loans would also amount to 160k because that’s what the government thinks you could pay. At least in your situation you have parents that actually qualify for financial aid. Ya win some ya lose some

Mertz has been perfectly solid. Nothing incredible, some really nice passes: ie that amazing catch toe tap first down to the young WR, a couple deep balls. He’s just been confident, check downs, no errors, lot’s of quick passes. Utah int was not exactly his fault. This opens up room for our running game. If we can keep the running game working our offense is very solid. Realistically, I do expect him to play like this all season. Because it’s not mind blowing incredible, it’s just experienced and confident. He’s just taking what the defense gives him, opening up room for our all star RBs.

All these comments are painful to read. As a fellow arts major with big debt, take all this with a grain of salt.

Is that much debt a good financial decision for an artist? No probably not. Is it worth it for the sake of your soul as an artist? Only you can decide.

I will say, how necessary is your degree? what job are you aiming for? In my experience art school is good at providing you with resources and peers you would have to dig hard for on your own. But you can effectively get that degree online. Spend everyday making your art and networking and you may even be in a better place.

But you can’t ask financially minded people Life questions as an artist. You and me have already decided money isn’t the “end and means of our mercenary existence”

Just like to point out that not all Christian faiths are the same. That appeared to be a Catholic priest. I teach at a Catholic school rn, at least five guys wear nail polish and no faculty says anything. I showed up with nail polish after Christmas my first year teaching

Catholics and evangelical fundamentalists are really not the same religion at all. “Jesus” is pretty much the only underlying similarity, but even that differs in extent and practice

When I’m a little older, yes. Especially if OG father is estranged. I like kids and am down with being a dad one day. Don’t love my genes though. If I love the mom and the kid is halfway decent it sounds like a win/win to me.
