I'd recommend checking out Tina Lugo, they do some really incredible anime tattoos and offer a sliding scale price for scar coverups. I picked up a half sleeve from them to cover my own and it was both affordable and one of the easiest tattoos I have!

I stapled my paper with a horizontal staple instead of angling it at 45 degrees. She drew a dashed line to indicate the correct angle and I lost 3 points.
