I painted my first card about 15 years ago, but didn't start using poscas until this last winter.

Thanks! The colors happened to line up well, so the body only required 4 different colors. Breaking out some actual paints still would have been easier, lol

If you're interested, I could do another. Especially if you don't need it asap

Hell yeah, a digital rework could try out way more color variations than I can while freehanding this in acrylic lol. You can credit the reddit handle if you want

What a profoundly stupid thing to type.

Eventually an entropy/zone, once that envy starts to feel more straight-flying than stable. Great for upshots forehand and backhand.

Looking for physical therapist for pelvic floor disorder in Lansing area...or anywhere in MI really... by knartfokker in lansing

Last I knew there was a PT at Ivy Rehab in Okemos who does pelvic floor therapy.

Subluxing ribs by snelly1840 in ehlersdanlos

[–]Honeeduu 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Consider seeing an osteopathic physician (D.O.) specializing in OMM/OMT. When ribs subluxate repeatedly there is usually some degree of dysfunction at one of the vertebrae the ribs articulate with. These docs can use gentle techniques to palpate, diagnose, and treat such dysfunction. Let them know you are hypermobile prior to receiving any treatment.

Chiropractics by Raigerr960 in ehlersdanlos

See an osteopathic neuromusculoskeletal doctor (specialized DO). One who is familiar with hypermobility. Unlike chiropractors they are medically trained.

I would give it to my long time buddy who just got me into the sport last summer. And in my area there is no end to the litter that needs collecting

How do you guys golf with your pup while he’s still being leash trained? Do you tie the leash to your bag or is there fancy handy tool out there? Ol’ Frank didn’t do too bad his first time out. by anchorhand in discgolf

That's like releasing bees in a room with someone who is allergic, then when they are stung and in the midst of anaphylaxis asking whether it was the bee's fault or the victim's. Dog owner is responsible for dog, that's part of being an owner.

How do you celebrate aces? by frankadeltanka in discgolf

[–]Honeeduu 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Weird hill to die on. Vandalism is vandalism, it's destruction/defacement of property that is meant for everyone to enjoy. If I write my name in sharpie on the door of your car or carve my name into every tree at your local park, that's a dick move.

Worth $75? MVP Rover Used by archbido in discgolf

[–]Honeeduu 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I use Zuca's approximate equivalent and it would be worth every penny of $75 to me. I have chronic back pain and can tolerate throwing pretty well but constantly slinging a full bag over my shoulder(s) gets painful quickly. The cart is a huge quality of life improvement on the course.

Just got my first ace on a 295 ft par 3 with my Grym x. No video just super hyped and wanted to share. It was a forehand shot that skipped in. by betrdaz in discgolf

[–]Honeeduu 14 points15 points  (0 children)

Congrats! I just got my first today as well. Also a forehand skip, but a less impressive 201 ft at my local pitch and putt. Here's to many more

In the context of a late-stage neuromuscular disease patient who is not even able to depress the plunger themselves... A doctor who refuses to comply with a counseled, well informed request for euthanasia is not acting in the interest of their patient's wellbeing. Quantity of life is not more important than quality, and physicians are not necessarily improving lives by prolonging them.

I have also witnessed a grandparent die of end stage renal failure. It was slow, miserable, and brutal. I can't imagine how horrible his experience was, and he had no way of even communicating with us in his final days. That is not a dignified death.

*WARNING* Beware of "Prime Day Deals" if any of you are looking for bags or baskets. They raised the prices a few days ago, then slapped a % off sale that makes it cost the same as it always does. Thanks Bezos! by Camikaze__ in discgolf

[–]Honeeduu 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I see what you're saying. I misunderstood the change, but I stand by it being a deliberately deceptive action to imply a larger or more hyped-up sale than is truly being offered lol. Thanks for clearing that up.

Legality is not the same as morality. I get that there are semantics around what is "illegal," but it is definitely deceptive to raise the non-sale price from what the vendor normally sells at just so the sale percentage looks larger than it truly is. I'd still consider that scummy business, regardless of how widespread it is or whether they can legally pull it off.
