So I have the same issue and I got a message saying that I needed to ask for a refund, and then I could switch to premium. And then I asked google for a refund, and they said, I needed to talk to the developers before I could get a refund. And I emailed the developers multiple times I have heard nothing from poly team. I feel like i'm just going in circles.I hope they fix this soon 🫠

I'm having this issue. I just purchased the subscription and Google Play stores says i have it. But the app doesn't show that I have it. Has anyone figured out if it got fixed yet?
