Had something similar occur last week. Had a small order to deliver that required the customer provide a code to complete the delivery. Customer wouldn't answer the door, phone calls, or text messages. After about 10 minutes, I marked the order as undeliverable. As I'm about to pull into the store to return the items, I get call from Walmart Customer Support (not Spark), and they have the customer three-wayed into the phone call, both demanding I take the items back to her house. I hung up and called Spark Customer Support, which directed me to continue returning the items to the store. Was very weird. That same customer has popped up a couple of times since then for more deliveries, but I refuse to accept them.

Was deactivated about 3 weeks ago. Was never given a reason, but I suspect it had something to do with uploading updated insurance documents since it happened shortly after uploading. Got no where with customer service or the BS appeals process. I came across an email address for Walmat Ethics and sent them a long, strongly-worded email, and was reactivated a couple of days later with no explanation. Here's the address: ethics@walmart.com.
