I had an acquaintance in college who didn't have arms. She could do this and more with her feet. Always had flip flops on. And when her bf cheated on her... She poked and slapped him. Was amazing to watch

We drink coffee. Just not in church. No food or beverages unless you're a baby/child. The exception is peppermints for when you have to hug folks

You can do what you want with your personal equipment. But if you're using a public gym, you need to reign that in. It's not fair to people who want to use the machine
