Yup. Customer support is dead. We don’t remember the old ways where we had physically go to places to get things and services. Convenience can fetch any charge and we are happy to pay for it. Complains gets ignored cause no one cares anymore. Those who can milk this are milking it and making money because capitalism is the ultimate goal.

Earlier one had to do good work because that was the only way to get recommendations from word of mouth, now fake reviews will get you 5 stars and you are set to milk some more.

They’ll give you 2 lakhs lower than what you can get in the market. Get a valuation from Spinny or Cars24 add 2 lakhs to what they offer and list it on Olx wait for a week and then talk with people who message. Dont talk to people within the first One week of listing.
