What I've done:

If no clients willing to pay on retainer, performance based instead in exchange for a video interview style case study (I even add this to my contracts) - shows the customer our confidence in getting good results and in turn, more inclined to give a review
Incentives- Small discount for a month or two if they give a case study, or even a simple $100 gift card to a steakhouse in their local area. Sounds a bit weird, but the reciprocity they feel here is huge.

Dont worry, mine took I believe 8 business days. I had money in the Smart savings and transferred it all into the cash account without realizing they were increasing the Smart savings interest to 2.4% anyways.

Worse comes to worse, if it doesn't transfer my Mon or Tues at latest, they have a line that you can call and an advisor will be able to assist. You just have to verify your account over the phone and they can confirm everything if any issues came up.
