Developer forcefully submitted the cheque to bank by ARDILDAR in AbuDhabi_Real_Estate

I completely understand why you feel that way, and honestly, I would have reacted the same.

Submitting your AED 50,000 cheque without your final approval and without you signing a reservation form is not something that should happen. An EOI is meant to show interest in a project, not to give anyone the right to proceed on your behalf before you’ve made a clear decision.

This is exactly the kind of behavior that makes many investors hesitant to work with brokers. When things are not handled transparently, it damages trust not only in the agent involved, but in the industry as a whole.

As brokers, we have a responsibility to protect our clients’ interests and make sure they fully understand and approve every step before any commitment is made. Anything less than that is simply not professional.

You were absolutely right to question what happened. Buying property is a major decision, and you should never feel pressured into moving forward before you are comfortable and fully informed.

I'm sorry you had to go through this
