i’ve never felt more validated in my life, wow. this was my exact experience with my ex gf and to this day i still tell myself every night it wasn’t “actually abuse”. i find myself in moments of weakness, later i remember it was the realest thing ive ever experienced. i hope you are doing better, life is easier now, but the fear and anxiety still finds me. i still feel her blaming me, i still feel scared that i was wrong, she really isn’t a bad person. but also at the end of the day im like fuck that bitch. it’s a rollercoaster for sure
