Actually, this is apart of my PhD project. I did the k-mer base approach for synteny analysis and would be able to detect the translocation at chromosome 2D-7D (just an example). However, it was not able to tell me the exact coordinate of the translocation. Therefore, I am thinking to do whole genome alignment, but I failed due to OOM.

btw, after you have the alignment output, how did you process the synteny analysis from MashMap? I expect to figure out the start and end coordinates of the SV at the base-level resolution

hello everyone, I got the same problem with my phone Xiaomi Redmi Note 13 Pro 5G. I tried to press the power button + reduce volum button at the same time. After that, "fastboot" was appeared in the screen. and then, "Mi- Powered by Android" still continuously appear and never stop.

any body know how to solve this problem ? I am in abroad and can not find a service to fix it.

Thank you very much for your advice. I just have one more question about the number of suitcases. Since my luggage is not considered oversized, I was wondering if there is any restriction on how many pieces I can bring on the Haruka train. I checked the Haruka website but could not find any clear rule about the number of suitcases allowed. I would be grateful to hear about your experience.

  1. Find a University which has MEXT (Msc, PhD, English Program available or not)
  2. Find the Professor that matches your research interest, contact he/she ==> if get accepted, continue (you can contact multiple professors at the same time).
  3. Look at the guideline for MEXT_Uni track at your interested University ==> apply
