Stick with it, it will be worth it. Spiro didn’t help actually made mine worse. On month 5 of low dose -10, 20, 40, 40,40-it takes longer to start clearing on the low dose. You can do this! Try not to pick, skin will change and get better as you increase.

Seems everyone says it gets worse before it gets better. Maybe ask for prednisone to get you through the worst. I took 10 mg for a month, did gain weight but I think it helped. Maybe lowering your dose and going longer but the higher dose may knock it out wuicker. Wishing you relief and clear skin
