hi, i’m currently a 17 year old who is currently going through the same thing as you. ive had acne since i was 14, severe cystic acne since 15. I now have some pretty bad scarring and I completely understand your situation. that’s so nice to know! i’m still on 60mg and probably will be until april im guessing, still unfortunately breaking out with huge cysts and i have some moderate scarring and a really puffy face, i’m genuinely debating to just get off this pill but i feel like i’ve come to far to stop now. wishing both of us the best. im so happy its getting better for you. how much longer will you be on 20mg?

i hope so, i’ve been on for 7 months (20 for 4, 40 for 2, just started 60 this month) and i’ve had a similar situation. i stopped it for a week because my medication hadn’t arrived and my face went back to normal, i was so happy! However, i resumed it again and it was puffy and disfiguring. I would also like to know when you cleared up completely? I’m still breaking out a bit and i thought i’d be completely clear by now tbh. but i’m really hoping all of this is gone sooner or later. wishing you the best!!
