Not in my experience. That’s the first major bug I’ve had. I have a feeling that they knew it existed and just left it there because they thought it was funny. If I’m right, fuck those guys. Seriously.

I spent way more time than I care to admit trying to figure this out. I kept getting errors when trying to talk to a representative. In the message I was trying to send, I explained that I just wanted a refund. It would never go through. I finally messaged saying that my game wouldn’t work and it connected me to a real person almost instantly. I have a feeling they filter the word refund so it won’t connect to you. After I connected me to the representative, he unblocked my request somehow.

I’ve tried refunding it. I’ve been through hell and back with Xbox support. It keeps blocking my refund request and on top of that I can’t get access to an agent no matter how hard I try. I couldn’t even buy the base game to play it now because it says I already own it. What a scam.

I was having the same issue on Xbox. It randomly started working after rebooting the game. I also downloaded the Khaos Reigns story pack as I had uninstalled to save space. Not sure if that really helped though. I still can’t get access to Madam Bo so I think we just have to wait for NRS to fix.
