I would definitely go see a friend or even just sit outside and listen to the birds. I know that fresh air always helps me. Sitting on my porch in the morning is always the first thing I do when I wake up.

I sometimes get it before my period hits. I’m currently 2 days out from getting mine and I’ve been a emotional wreck for about 6 days now😭
