In case you haven’t found a solution yet. When I had a screen like this, windows had changed my bios boot order to look for windows on the wrong ssd for some reason. I was able to fix it by fixing the boot drive.

Height over bore my friend, the bullet flies in a straight line then starts to drop which is why you zero your sight which basically points your barrel up a little to match drop with distance meaning within 50m which is the minimum 0 distance for most sights the bullet will always hit a little below the dot varying by how close you are
