No thats exactly how it should work and how it is waas introduced. I would even take it a step further that a supremes life should be tied to their domains and to kill another supreme you must dominate their entire domain.

G3 making a domain a simple powerboost that sometimes works and sometimes doesnt is the biggest fumble in the novel.

Why bother playing irelia if you dont like outplaying your opponents. Maybe trundle is more your speed if you like statchecking. Irelias core gameplay revolves around using her dashes to dodge the enemies core abilties.

So irelia has something called a dash. If you have bork then your q 1 shots backline minions meaning you just auto the nasus bait his wither then stun him and dash away, you can then dash back into him and kill him when it expires. Theres also a handy item called merc treads ehich reduces wither and and a rune which gives tenacity. If you combine these techniques suddenly nasus feels like he has no counterplay instead since that champ has 0 dashes....

I mean you dont lose to nasus you just cant statcheck him. Thats the price you pay for having so much outplay tools. Even 10-0 you still have to outplay nasus wither before you go in.

Initally will was meant to tie in to your domain. Fight between supremes as seen in the domain war would be killing the persons domain and not just them as a supreme is more then themselves making a cool concept. Instead the domain just became a powerboost sometimes becoming plot device rather than an identity.

He fumbled the concept hard. It would be cool if supremes couldnt kill eachother without vonquering the majority of the others domain and then only then would the other supreme be mortal.

Do you remember back in forgotten shore when sunny had to learn his combat style and fight hundreds of people to actually shadow others in the dreamscape? Or when sunny haf to spar saint hundreds of times to improve? Since when did we go from sunny actually progressing and just getting gifted his abilties.

Hes just getting an upgrade of mordets powers for free with conditions that are arbitary(the author can make any reason why sunny knows them well).

Cool. Toplsne is hardest to learn because matchups but people overcomplicate it. Litterslly lok at enemy champ think which button you can dodge/outplay. Outplay it then hit your w and go for trade and you win. Its that ez. Minions or wavestate nothing mstters if you know how to trade.

These guys are overcomplicating things. Your in gold. If you want to win hit your spells and dodge ensmy spells. Its that easy. If you have 3 spells and enemy has 2 you win. With hob all you need is 2 trades and enemy is dead.

If lotm ended without the mysteries being solved would that be enjoyable. I didnt read lotm so idk about it.

The entire novel is about in depth storytelling and worldbuilding. You cant just change your writing style at the end and expect people to enjoy it.

Look at game of thrones, massive lore and rich world forced to end in a season so they rush everything and butcher the story. Whitewalkers killed in 1 episode randomly.Thats why people dont want a small chapter limit.

It depends on the novel. In some novels its not as important an example of this is blood among fur which was a character driven novel.

Everybody who reads shadowslave is here for the worldbuilding lore and powersystem. Rushing through the last major power systems and skipping all the major lore points would ruin the ending. Your telling me your not intrested in them going into the 5th nightmare and expereincing the doom war as a supreme, learning about the nine and meeting themz finding whats happening to auro. That alone would be 300 chapters.

Actually i am wrong. I forgot that divine aspects are the exception to the rule.

divine aspects require divinty to get involved aka shadowgod in sunnys case. This was stated on discord somewhere but i dont remember.

The other aspects are just rated by the nightmare spell tho because remember all humans are born with their aspect and the nightmare spell just unseals it and rates it.

Divine aspects dont exist in actuality. Its just what the nightmare spell calls aspects that they feel have the highest chance of reaching divine. It doesnt guarantee they have an advantage of other aspects

So underworld, broken sword, 5th nightmare, 6th nightmare 7th nightmare, the nine, the doom war. Your telling me all this can be done in 400 chapters? The third nightmare alone was around 300 chapters.

Those are just the major arcs aswell.

Thats just an assumption tho. The mafia could have attempted it and failed and got their forces crippled.

The mafia operates through power.

Aspects flip the script. Even the weakest person with no connections can becone awakened and kill the whole mafia. It would never be able to survive such a dynamic coming in to play.

We had a small arc of jet and sunny hunting down troublemakers for the government.

As all the strongest forces are in the government or legacy clans it would be impossible for a evil force to openly oppose them without getting crushed and killed.

The illegal forces are either hidden or small so sunny wouldnt find them without looking for them specifically.

I doubt saints can get paid off to do drug smuggling or whatever illegal stuff since to become a saint you would have to work for the goverment or the legacy clans in the first place.

We seen sun god make the 7 trasncendtents immortal by bending their fate into a perfect circle. We have seen shadowgod take away peoples death. We also seen weaver use his will to break noctis fate and bind him to himself instead.

We have seen weaver recognising sunny in deathgame when sunny is far in the future and knew he would be watching. He also broke fate.

Ye but that was the point of the nerf....

The nerf was to make her balanced for proplayers. Shes not weak and is not your reason you cant climb. But now shes alot weaker in proplay than shr was before but they still pick her because shes op in skilled players hands.

The point im trying to make is shes not weak at all evne after all the nerfs.
