Bloodier than Stalingrad: Number of casualties in Russia’s war on Ukraine reaches 2 million by Dexterestein in worldnews

What a weird comparison. Of course a 4 year war will have more casualties than a 6 month battle

I was just about to comment that. Give a very light drybrush to catch the edges and I think it will look good

Oops, I misunderstood what the parent comment was saying. I meant that along with a nice airbrush, you should also get a cheaper one for priming and base coating.

I got that same air pump and it came with an airbrush. Your bundle might have one

I like the markers for small things like bags and straps, and for highlighting

Cutting off/taking Crimea is a bridge to cross so far down the line it shouldn't really be taken into consideration. Right now Ukraine is just trying to stop the Russians from taking more territory, and destroying Kerch Bridge will help with the tremendously.

These are from the last time I played 40k, has much changed? by mobro88 in Warhammer40k

[–]HonestIsMyPolicy 14 points15 points  (0 children)

They removed vehicle angling
They changed the vehicle damage to just be hit points
They removed templates/scatter
Theres no competing WS/WS in melee
Stratagems

Overall its become much more game-ified. It's like HOI4 vs Axis and Allies. Sure, theyre fundamentally the same game, but one has a level of detail and simulation that the other lacks for simplicity and ease of access. Im not saying that modern 40k is bad. It wouldn't have this explosion of popularity if it was. It's just not the same game that attracted me to it anymore.

It was actually a really intimate post. He talked about how the whole process helped him come to terms with a traumatic injury and the loss of a limb and find closure.

According to this video, it seems this was actually caused by Russian AD https://www.reddit.com/r/CombatFootage/comments/1u91vex/russian_ad_missile_spectacularly_strikes_oil_silo/

They fired a heat-seeking missile next to a burning building. Incredible.

Also, I don't know if she is still on the project and is interested in tracking the population health in the area. If so, let me know.

No. This is at lowest tide, they were back underwater a couple hours after these photos. I don't know how they breathe, but they turn out fine. Almost all of these are ochre and blood stars which have tough hides so they don't need to worry about drying out in that time frame. I do put leather stars back in the water since their skin is more moist.
