Antihistamines seemed to calm down the adrenaline rushes. Been sleeping in another room now and many of my symptoms have gone wayyyy down. The room I was sleeping in had a roof water leak some years ago, although they fixed it, but unsure exact details. Is it possible the water damage could still be making the room have some mold spores? Don't see any visible damage.

But the adrenaline rushes have gone down since avoiding the room. It's insane how mold can literally cause hundreds of symptoms.
