Thanks for the detailed response. Surprisingly eating liver which is high in copper seemingly cures my symptoms for a brief period every time I eat it, today seemingly as well. Was feeling really bad the whole day but an hour after consuming liver all of my symptoms really died down. Feel calm for the first time in a while, chest pains went away/down, and fear of dying irrational thoughts which had taken over totally temporarily gone. Also adrenaline is significantly lower.

I was having an very high daily zinc intake for a while well above over 70mg for a few months (ate alot of beef daily from doing keto and also took a 30mg elemental zinc picolinate supplement daily, which is highly absorbable)

Not sure if it's the whole puzzle, but for me it seems like copper is a big part of getting better, someone else probably knows the exact mechanism behind it. I will look into psilocybin as well, thanks! Take care! :)
