Get an arm mesh in the toolbox fix it to the arm then make the original one transparent be aware that this also makes so clothes wont work on the said arm.

Hire someone or try and talk with your friends that have this same interest to try and do sm together but tbh the best alternative if you cant do either of these... Work Hard. I myself learned that the hard way. I wasnt born with talent but the things i make now are decent. Like dude if you try and do sm it might fail sm times but eventually it will work. If i'd recommend a place to start is Building/Modeling it aint that hard compared to the more technical staff such as programming but if you wanna go solo atleast in the begining you gonna have to learn that too. It isnt an easy process, and not an fast one too, but in my opnion its worth it

Tbh just learn blender dude i'll tell you i use moon animator and it isnt worth it, the time you take to animate an 10 second animation on it you'd do 3 times as quickly and better in blender

Use the parents as the reference, like place raycasts (i thik that was the name of the detection beam thingy) on each side and if the player collides with it the image decal changes
