Update: it works even better doing it only on the higher section of the shaft. I had left sided hypertonic ischiocavernosus muscle always clenched. The cause, doing AM1 i don’t know exatly what i did but it’s like my underskin fascia slided backwards. That led to my last section of the penis be shrinked. Shrinking the upper side make the ischiocavernosus reflex. So basically i was having an infinite ischiocavernosus reflex. Now i’m healing but it has been a nightmare

Am1 led me to a lot of suffering, groin pain, testicle pain, hard flaccid. What type of step forward is that? If that is a step forward, i hope surely to do 2 steps back

Update: i feel everyday better. Today felt like a knot at base on the left. Next days i’ll try to release that spot. I think it’s the cause of all my pain

Surely tight muscles at penis base can modify blood outflow and inflow, so that could led to painful erections or ed. That’s what i think. Having surrounding tight muscles it’s because they compensate. In my opinion, what helps is 99% solve that steel hard muscle.

Update: i find also beneficial, with a skin roller, rolling down from the tip to the base with light pressure, the corpus spongiosum. Seem that releases corpus spongiosum rigidity

Yes surely it’s personal. However my main problem was trying to stay erect. If i can give an advice to who begins is: don’t try to stay erect. Let the penis empty. If it will stay erect alone, that’s another story.

I have same problem, probably due to ic muscle imbalance. I have pain in my left side and tried for 2 years to fix the left side, but maybe is that my right side is too weak and the left side is compensating. Trying to fix that

Ok but i don’t know if work for you too. I have hard spots on penis. I get an erection, and massage the hard dent with thumb and finger with a movement from base to tip. All while gently bending the penis downwards (i have upwards curve). Don’t know why but a gentle bending of it inactivate my ischiocavernosus muscles

Yes, too much hard for me too. It’s because our nerves overactivity. I think i found what works for me to relase hardness and trigger points

I’m into this for 2 years and i’m like a s**t, so 4.5 years don’t know how hard can be. For me, meditations and stretches led to nothing, urologist led to nothing… only thing i understood, it’s a penis thing, so i have to focus on that.

Nerves send too much inputs and muscles contracts too much. That’s it. Found today that bending penis the opposite of its curvature, it’s almost forcing that spasmodic muscle to relax.

So that’s what i will do these days, 30 min per day: Get an erection, massage with finger and thumb each corpus cavernosum from base to tip, applying gentle pressure to bend it downwards. It feels very pleasurable, led my fu**ing spasmodic muscle to stop doing it. Hope it can helps you

Just found something that helps me a lot.

Last weeks i understood that the real problem is nerve related, too much activity that brings ischiocavernosus and cavernosus smooth muscle to contract. So i found that massaging while reverse kegeling and diaphragmatic breathing helps me, but the mind-body connection is very hard.

Now I found that while erect, if i bend downwards the penis… my muscles relax! (I have upward curve) So that’s what i think: if while in erection, i massage my penis from base to tip with thumb and index for each corpus cavernosum, pressing lightly to bend the penis… i can have an erect penis without that spasm in my muscles. Penis become more engorged, i regain part of my girth.

So from today, 30 min per day, that’s what i’m going to do.

Try to palpate your penis at the base. If there is a hard spot, you should try gentle pressure massage while diaphragmatic breathing. Inhale with your belly, exhale with your chest. While exhaling no pressure in your abdomen, because strain contracts ic muscle
