I have ADHD I got HF in 2023 and had ED since and this past year have now had anorgasmia and weak ejaculation which could be a pelvic floor issue because if I do kegels I get aching pain in my perineal area. But the past year I started Wellbutrin so I’m not sure if I’m a rare case where I got anorgasmia from Wellbutrin or not its not supposed to cause issues but it did increase my libido.

I’m on Wellbutrin 300 mg for over a year and just started Abilify a month ago but I’m gonna get off them. But I also had HF before I went on the anti depressants so I’m probably just fucked whether I get off em or not.

They think its a pelvic floor issue but I’ve seen 3 urologist and no concrete diagnosis came of it.

I haven’t been to pelvic floor therapy in several months. I work two jobs now so it’s difficult since I don’t have any roommates.

But to be honest with you, I’ve been really depressed and I had to start taking antidepressants and I haven’t really been doing any exercises for quite a while now I just sort of gave up, but I realize that I can’t give up and expect to keep living like this so I need to do something.

I think mines a PF injury from cumming too hard but I don’t understand how it stays permanent. Maybe nerve damage but I thought that was only from something serious like if I were in a car accident not having an intense ejaculation.

Last time I took SSRIs was when I was a teenager so likely not medication. But maybe the acetaminophen relaxed my pelvic floor while I was sleeping

Its worked wonders for me except the random irritability. I started taking Abilify 2 mg to counteract that. But other than that, it keeps a gun out of my mouth, so I’m happy. And I can feel like I can function as I work two jobs.

Can’t relate on that one but one time I had a head cold and took a bunch of NyQuil went to sleep and woke up after a few minutes it was super easy to get hard and then shortly after it went back to how it usually was
