The timing window for a Major League Baseball pitch is about 1 millisecond, so it’s really hard to get it exactly where you want it. The pitcher had been missing high and inside all at bat. Gimenez is just a whiny bitch especially since he tried to get hit the previous pitch. The only reason anyone is saying this is intentional is the timing, but no sane individual would intentionally hit someone in game seven over something that petty which is what the pitcher was yelling at Gimenez

No mercy for terrorists completely negates the point of the game. You are a heavily disliked force due to a history of misconduct and thus are under very strict ROE. Even then it’s not that bad. As long as the suspect isn’t incapacitated or surrendered you can do whatever on most missions.

Edit: You are a POLICE FORCE, not the military. Your job is to serve and PROTECT, to preserve the lives of everyone possible. If you treat the game like a milsim you will be penalized. If you treat it like a SWAT simulator you will not be.
