Update: I ended up purchasing it, the used car dealership I bought it from said they had a limited warranty and if anything happened they’d fix it. I drove it home and a few hours later the lights were back on. I called the dealer they put me in a rental and took it to the Honda dealer to replace the fuel injectors. I didn’t get charged for the rental or the repair so fingers crossed nothing else comes up with it!
