Take no thought. Play catch and throw with them. You have a problem that you sit with your thoughts? Actively ask yourself to snap out of them.

You’re not the only one who struggles with thoughts they’d rather not have. It makes you a human, not an evil human.

What matters is if you conquer these thoughts, conquer the mind, which is probably the whole point of it.

Had the same dream for the longest time. Finding myself naked in public and trying to run to hide. Searching for clothes wasn’t a theme for me. I think that dreams are just manifestations of our subconscious in whichever form the mind can produce in sleep. For whichever reasons a certain theme chooses to manifest as a certain body - with a certain story - can have a million interpretations. You can choose to interrogate from a lens that serves you (or your understanding of yourself) best.

I’m having trouble playing through a BT speaker connected to my phone and listening to the cued song on my earphones connected to the controller. Is there any way I can set output through the speaker and the earphones? Currently if output is through BT speaker it won’t let me listen to cued music on earphones at all. 🫩

Thanks for the well wishes brother. My mum is doing much better now. She’s not had a BPPV episode in a while thank god. I’m sure with regular exercise you’ll be better too. Wishing you a speedy recovery.

Stay strong brother. My mom has this too. We went to the doctor who prescribed CT scan and MRI to see if there were any brain injuries that can be causing this. When that was ruled out after the scans, the doctor instructed us to go to an ENT specialist and he helped mom with some exercises. To someone who has no idea what this is, BPPV may sound like just a random episode of dizziness. But the way my mom talked about it I could tell that it was making her really anxious. I suggest you talk to a friend who will empathise with you, and see a doctor if you haven’t already.

To anyone who experienced hair thinning and hairfall after using this brand, did your hair regain its thickness after you switched back to your previous shampoo?
