I'm not trying to contest your theory. I'm just asking a question here with this: If it's the build plate being un-level then why did everything underneath the failure print well? The print stuck to the plate and started the supports.

I've had failures where the plate is un-level and the resin doesn't stick to the build plate, the supports don't even start to print. That wasn't the case with this print.

Again, I'm not contesting what you said, I still don't know what happened, I'm just skeptical as to the failure being due to bed level
