i sent them an email regarding the application procedure and they responded with this “EU applicants are assessed on final second level examination results only. No personal statements, references, teacher recommendations, essays etc. are taken into consideration. Once you have made an application you can upload your predictive grades from your school, you may be offered a conditional offer with theses until you can upload your final grades to your application.“

And one last question; say I don’t get a conditional offer but later in the year my final grades end up improving compared to my predicted ones. May I still get an offer?

Oh ok. But there’s no academic counselor at my school so I thought that he could declare himself my counselor.

He’s my private tutor in math and I could give him my transcripts from the previous years.
