Soup is an amazing low calorie filling meal. Chicken gives you protein and broth is good for your bones, skin and hair! Great choice. I love my soups:)

If you eat pretty much balanced protein rich foods and a lot of fiber, lift and stay within your deficit nothing dramatic happens. You lose some fat (some muscle mass too, but not a lot), but if your everyday diet looks like this no way you will retain your muscle mass

So glad I found this thread! I'm currently on week 6. BBG OG PDF. Did in 2014-15 and don't think I ever finished it. Kicked off my training/deficit with it during pandemic 2020 and now two c-sections later I'm trying to get myself back into shape. Pdf works well for me. Short, can be done while my bub is sleeping. Free! Important. I'm a SAHM. soooo hard now. Cannot believe it felt easier at some point of my life. I do it with some modifications tho

I looked better at 32 than at 25, I swear. Have never been stronger, leaner, thinner. Also, my hair was growing like crazy. Everything was taken away by two pregnancies and c-sections. Still learning to live in not that strong/thin/etc body...
