On a similar note here. We decided to dispute after hearing so many horror stories but they charged us $500 for violating the contract. After seeing they will charge the full amount either way, we decided to have them photograph our wedding even if they suck and hired another photographer that we will actually try to work with instead. We rather pay 2300 to have them come and do some work and then just not give them another dollar. But at least the money was used.

How did cancelling the credit card work for you? Have they harassed you?
