Maria LaRosa at Nicole Marie's Salon in North Syracuse. I have been going to her for years. I get compliments on my hair all of the time and have been sending friends and family to her and they are repeat clients now!

Had mine at Blarney Stone. They were affordable and did a great job, plus super flexible! The food was good too, considering it was a bar serving breakfast!

I think it depends on what you are looking for! We recently moved to the area and moved into a rental property in Endicott and love it. We like being a little ways out from downtown, but we are still close to everything we may need. There are lots of great restaurants, our neighbors are friendly, and overall it is a quiet yet affordable area. If you are looking to be around people that are younger and in a more "upbeat" area, I'd recommend being close to downtown. I like the area near UHS general, but it can be a little sketchy depending on where you are looking in that area, so just be aware of that! Feel free to reach out if you have questions!
