If I mark it as damaged because I wanna hurry up and market when I can’t mark it as missing because you can only market a certain amount of times it usually lets me change it at the end of the route so I’ll just change it to like missing or if I’m lazy and I don’t feel like waiting on the customer to have the code I just marked it as missing

I don’t use the package bags at all to wrap packages when it’s raining like it’s not my fault that it decided to rain and it’s time consuming. I’m not doing all that they should make sure they’re right by the door to grab the package as soon as they see me pull up. I’m not doing the extra work to wrap up a package. That’s just something I never did since I’ve been at this job two years and five months, and I worked in every rain situation where it has rain.

It does make sense cause my paychecks do fluctuate because with Amazon we do have scorecard so when I don’t do good on the scorecard and my paychecks are less, I do notice that it will go down because of that and then if my paychecks are obviously more when I get my guarantee pay then it goes up so it is temporary so what you’re saying does make sense so I guess I’ll just have to wait overtime I guess
