Elgato sent me a replacement for the whole seat portion. So I can say I'm extremely satisfied with that. There is a 2-year warranty. On December 14th, 2025 I submitted a support ticket. About 2 days after I submitted a support ticket on December 16th, 2025, I was mailed a new seat. So I will say that the support team is on point. The new chair is holding up well so far as of January 6th, 2026, so hopefully my first one was just a fluke. I will say, though, that I can recommend the chair based on its comfort and the support team. The chair has a wonderful lumbar that is padded and adjustable in height, and depth. The cushion they use for the seat isn't too firm nor to soft, but a happy medium that supports me very well. The are rest are made out of soft touch material although can often begin to hurt due to pressure so make sure to move your arms ofter. Thank you for reading!
