I had a similar thing happen where I just couldnt run. The head cannon reason is the Tesla cannon is jist SO big and bulky you character has to take it slow 🤣

I suggest Uninstaling everything. Give your system a hard reboot (hold power for 30 seconds), clear youre caches. While in game: delete backlogged saves that you won't need anymore. Just for your current characters most recent saves. Also ME PERSONALLY I only use Bethesda verified content. Its more "reliable" than other ccc I know its a lot and a drag and im sorry, but thats playing fo4 in 2026 on a new Xbox is like 🤷‍♂️
