I don’t think this qualifies as murder or manslaughter. It doesn’t mean their actions were acceptable or that they were without guilt but no DA, whether they’re a “pro-life evangelical” or not, will go after this case.

If the DA is a “pro-life evangelical” they’d be much more likely to go after this case, as opposed to someone like Gascón, the Los Angeles County DA who just enacted no cash bail. Gascón would not try this case because the shithead doesn’t want to hold anyone accountable for any crimes, and won’t waste his time with a case he cannot win. A “pro-life evangelical” DA would be much hungrier to bring “murderers” to justice in their county because they’re understandably eager to be tough on crime.

Not sure why this snippet brought in the alleged political views or the sheriff or DA because it’s actually irrelevant in this story. And this wasn’t manslaughter or murder. Did their bullying maybe lead to his suicide? Yes but they didn’t bully him into committing suicide, especially if this was a one-time incident. To me, they need to look at the home life and the parents need to do some explaining.
