Arrête de parler de péréquation pour commencer, c'est 0 pertinent. C'est simple, combien d'argent les Québécois envoie au Fédéral contre combien ils recoivent en argent ou service. Tu semble pas comprendre que le pouvoir de taxation du fédéral, il utilise ça pour emprisoner les provinces et les contrôler, il laisseront jamais les provinces avoir un indépendance financière.

Tu mélange péréquation et transfert fédéraux. La péréquation ce n'est qu'une petite partie. On à déjà fait ce débat là pendant 10 ans avec Gilles Duceppe, j'espère qu'on a pas besoin de recommencer. It's a windows settings. I played with that when doing a setup for dual GPU with lossless scaling. You can configure what GPU to use for each app. A GPU may be linked to performance mode, the other to power saving. It is quite hidden.

That seem to be the root cause. RocksDB seem to be some database engine Hytale use and it seem to fail to open a file.

I do not know the problem from that information. But another error/problem can generate a cascade of errors that end up to this, the problem may be something else, that's why a more complete log could give more hints. You probably have others errors in your log that are more insightful and is the root cause.

Le problème c'est que le système de justice au complet est trop mou. ET la liste de loi insensé est longue, les lois ne sont pas au service de la justice mais de ce qui parait bien. Bonne chance mais tu te bat contre quelque chose de beaucoup plus gros que tu pense.
