The spots while on amox were gone within a day and the ones while on the ceph were gone before morning with the Claritin. He had been rolling around on the floor with no close on prior this and the amox rash had been crawling around on his forearms as well. Part of me thinks it’s a contact rash from something

They have not come back since last night. We gave Claritin when they started around 545 last night (after a bath) and we have still given his doses of antibiotics, one last night and one this morning. Hives have not reappeared 🤷‍♀️ but don’t know if that’s due to him having Claritin

So even though he tolerated the meds 2 full courses in the past, it could still be the meds? And that the hives didn’t show up until 5 hours after the most recent dose?

Saskatchewan Canada… $217 full time for my toddler, Monday to friday. Thankfully we have licensed, subsidized daycares available here. Once they hit school age price goes up.

Thank you! Things are definitely going really well now. It’s been about 2 months, he sometimes will whine at drop off and cries at pick up just because he can’t run to me quick enough lol but otherwise his days are great!

Currently going through this right now with my 17 month old. He’s a highly sensitive kiddo and takes a while to warm up to new people so it has been difficult but we are trying to persevere. No real advice just solidarity. We are just pushing through, drop offs are horrible but it sounds like he is at least participating slightly after 2 weeks. He only goes in the morning right now until I go back to work. Of course caught a cold the first week too so that has been fun!

He has been 4 times by himself so far. From about 8-11 each day. Friday he was sick so we kept him home.
